When I first learned that burning fossil fuels and release of carbon dioxide - CO2 gas leads to global warming, I understood that permafrost would melt in the Canadian Arctic Tundra and Russian Far North, releasing methane from rotting biomass into the atmosphere.
Nikua Training Center is dedicated to environmental & economic sustainability for developing countries in the Asia - Pacific Region. Before we introduce articles on solutions to the problem of devastating storms, driven by heat energy in the atmosphere, let’s look at the source of the problem.
During 2016 and 2017, Daniel Shafer – Director of Nikua Training Center, served as lead technical advisor on biofuel development and energy policy for pacific island countries on behalf of the Global Green Growth Institute, which is a multinational aid agency based in Seoul S. Korea.
